- All orders are processed within 1β2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Timeline
- After processing, your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
- We do our best to meet these timelines, but occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues or external factors.

All orders are shipped via standard shipping unless an expedited option is selected (when available).

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
