Return & Refund Policy

At Deki Jewels, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and aim to provide a positive shopping experience. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Please review our comprehensive Return and Refund Policy below to understand when and how you may request a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following strict conditions:

  • Item is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Item is incorrect (wrong product shipped)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size chosen by customer
  • Customer preference or dissatisfaction not related to damage or defect
  • Items returned after the eligible return window

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The return request is made within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, tags, and certificates (if provided).

2. Return Process

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at info@dekijewels.com within 14 days of receiving the order, including the following information:

  • Full name and order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video evidence of the damage or incorrect item

Step 2: Review & Authorization

  • Our customer support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  • If approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
  • Returns without prior approval or an RA number will not be accepted.

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

  • Once approved, securely pack the item along with the RA number and original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Deki Jewels is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are only issued for the value of the item returned. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • If the item is returned damaged due to improper handling during return, we reserve the right to deny the refund or deduct a portion from the refund amount.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Customized or engraved items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you will need to:

  • Follow the return process (if eligible)
  • Receive your refund
  • Place a new order for the item you prefer

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or is defective due to a manufacturing error:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Include detailed photos of the damage.

We will offer either:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement at no additional cost (subject to availability)

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  • Double-check your bank or credit card account
  • Contact your bank or payment provider (processing time may vary)
